To ensure the safety and well-being of both our clients and team, we are implementing all the appropriate health and safety measures in line with government regulations.

Clients are required to wear face coverings in line with government regulations.

Please don’t bring anyone with you to your appointment to avoid any overcrowding.

To keep everyone safe and healthy, our team members will be wearing visors during appointments, and you will notice screens installed at the member desks.

All clients are separated from each other using protective screens or physically distanced by 2m+.

We have increased disinfection and cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, chairs, and door handles.

We’ve increased capacity by converting our studio above the salon into a bright and fresh new hairdressing space, called The Studio! It has its own entrance around the side of the building so that we can reduce unnecessary passage through the main space.

Please don’t enter the salon if there’s already a client waiting at the desk.

On arrival, we’ll ask you to use hand sanitiser provided by us, which is also available throughout the salon.

Once you’ve finished your appointment, please pay by card or contactless where possible.

Please let us know when you arrive if you’d like a silent appointment, we won’t take offense! We’ll talk during your consultation and then complete the service without speaking so there’s minimal contact. If you’d like an entirely silent appointment, we can do your consultation over video chat or phone in advance.

We aren’t offering our usual beverages, papers or magazines at the moment to reduce contact.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not visit the salon. Give us a call as soon as possible and we’ll reschedule your appointment.
