Membership Terms & Conditions
1. About Memberships
Memberships are offered by Brendan O’Sullivan Hair and Beauty (“BOS”) allowing you to access more regular services at a lower price than is offered separately.
Memberships have a minimum three-month term. All services offered include a complimentary beverage, subject to availability.
Memberships are non-transferrable. You may not pass on any services offered to you through your membership to another person.
By purchasing a BOS membership you confirm:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- You are at least 16 years old
2. Payments
You understand that by purchasing a BOS Membership, you are committing to pay the selected Membership fee for a minimum of three months, following which a monthly fee will be charged which can be cancelled as outlined below.
Members are charged on the 21st of each calendar month to allow time for processing. Services are redeemable from the 1st of the following month.
Failure to pay the monthly fee will result in your Membership being suspended until payment has been made.

3. Using Your Membership
You can book appointments online here by selecting ‘Blow-Dry Club’ from the main menu, by phoning 01494 434 016 and asking to book a Blow-Dry Club appointment, or by visiting the salon.
When arriving for or departing your appointment, just tell the front desk that you’re a Member and we’ll deduct the service from your allowance.
You can manage your account and update your details by logging in to the online Members Area here, or some information can be updated by calling the salon.
4. Cancellation of Membership
Members can cancel online at any time by logging in to the online Members Area here. You can also cancel by calling the salon on 01494 434 016 or emailing team@brendanhairandbeauty.co.uk up to 5 working days before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to end memberships at any time for any reason, though in most circumstances we will give a minimum of 20 days notice.
5. Changes
Subscription fees may be increased by BOS to reflect changes in standard service prices, inflation, costs, additional taxes and costs that are not imposed by BOS. Any increase in the subscription fee will be notified to you at least one month before it comes into effect.
Additionally, BOS reserves the right to make other changes to the Conditions by giving you at least one month’s prior written notice. Any such notification of a change shall be made by contacting you using the details you have provided us.
6. BOS’s Liability
Our salon may be closed on a permanent or temporary basis from time to time, including for refurbishment or due to a Force Majeure Event (as described below). Details of such closures can be found on our website.
BOS will not be liable or responsible for any failure to provide services that is caused by events outside its reasonable control, including any governmental guidance/recommendation, act, decree, legislation, regulation or restriction, however in the case that the salon is closed for over 20 days, your Subscriptions will be placed on hold until the salon has reopened.
7. Types of Membership
The only Membership currently offered is “BOS Blow-Dry Club” (also known as “The Blow Dry Club”).

Contents of Membership
Members will receive up to 4 blow drys a month at any time during our regular opening hours from selected stylists only.
Rescheduling Appointments
You can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before without losing one of your included blow-drys.
Please let us know as soon as you wish to reschedule your appointment to allow other clients to book in.
